Musadiq Jivraj (Muz) is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with a proven track record in the retail and hospitality sector. With a strategic focus on franchise development, Muz has successfully established four Chaiiwala franchise locations across the UK and Canada.

Leveraging his extensive experience in senior procurement roles with the likes of Tesco and Walmart, Musadiq founded his own consultancy firm, specialising in advising companies on procurement strategies within the retail and hospitality industries. His deep understanding of supply chain management and cost optimisation has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and profitability for his Chaiiwala franchises.

After discovering the unique appeal of Chaiiwala in 2017, Muz was inspired to become a franchisee, recognising the brand’s potential for global expansion. While he oversees the strategic investments and growth of his franchise operations, Muz’s siblings actively manage the day-to-day operations, contributing to the company’s international success.
