Liam Walpole

Liam is a Franchisee Recruitment and Reputation Consultant for McDonald’s UK & Ireland. Liam joined the business in 2021 and has worked broadly across the Franchising Department, working closely with the vast majority of franchisees when acquiring their first restaurant or subsequent expansions. Liam previously worked in the recruitment industry prior to joining McDonald’s and moved into franchisee recruitment in July 2024.
