Liam has seen both sides of the More Than Loft Ladders franchise, as a franchisee since 2013 and as a franchisor since 2022. Liam became a franchisor as a result of being frustrated by MTLL’s slow growth, having built a multi-van operation with premises and a full-time receptionist he knew what was needed to build a managed business, but the franchise wasn’t geared up for this. With Liam’s fresh approach MTLL is now attracting franchise partners looking to grow a business into multi-van operations as well as helping some of the existing partners expand their business.
