Karim Jivraj

Karim Jivraj joined his family business, Queensway, in 2014 having worked in management consultancy for several years. One of Queensway’s businesses is Queensway Coffee Houses Ltd, which is a multi-unit Starbucks franchise business and select growth partner of Starbucks which currently operates 23 Drive Thru, Drive To and High Street stores across the UK.

As Managing Director, he is the driving force behind the group’s ambitious growth plans with a target of 50 stores in the next few years. Scaling up a business at such speed presents interesting challenges and opportunities which Karim relishes.

Outside of work, he is the Chairperson of the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board’s Personal Finance Committee, a member and forum moderator of YPO and is currently working towards an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching.
