Fiona Boswell

Fiona is a Partner and Head of the Franchising and Commercial Services Team at Fraser Brown Solicitors. Fiona and her team have many years’ experience in advising individuals and businesses on all aspects of franchising including multiple brand and multiple unit franchise operations. 

She is a BFA Qualified Franchise Professional and has a postgraduate diploma with distinction in Commercial Intellectual Property Law. She is a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer and Notable Practitioner in Chambers for franchise law.

Fiona is passionate about supporting women in business and is the Midlands Regional Chair of EWIF (Encouraging Women into Franchising), a member of the Association of Franchise Attorneys, has served as a member of the External Relations Committee of the British Franchise Association and is an author for Lexis Nexis PSL Commercial and Franchising and has been awarded EWIF Service Provider of the Year. She is also a regular speaker at bfa, Chamber of Commerce and industry events, and contributor to business press, franchise blogs and media.
