Emily built her corporate career working alongside the Senior Leadership Team in HR at Barclaycard on global business transformation projects before joining the British Franchise Association in 2013.

Currently responsible for the operational activities at the association, Emily works closely with colleagues from across the franchising industry to deliver high quality, industry changing initiatives that positively impact the sector.
