David Glover

David joined Caremark in 2014 to head up the franchise recruitment team, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in franchising within the retail, hospitality and fast-food industry. 

David is a qualified solicitor specialising in franchising for a BFA-accredited law firm. Having been an affiliate of the BFA, a franchisee and now a franchisor, David has a unique perspective on franchising that brings a plethora of benefits to Caremark and the network. 

In 2018 David took on the role of Managing Director overseeing all departments within the business including operations, franchise recruitment, training, marketing and IT. Following the passing of Caremark’s founder and former CEO, Kevin Lewis, David was appointed Joint CEO alongside Lisa Fyfe, Caremark’s Finance Director.

With 123 successful Caremark Franchise Owners operating across the UK, David’s goals now are to ensure Caremark’s high-quality standards are maintained, whilst driving continual growth across the network and being an employer that people choose and, where they choose to stay.
