Dan has over 20 years of experience in franchising and has been in the care sector since 2011. He is currently UK CEO of Visiting Angels, a rapidly expanding home care brand.

The business model that Dan and his team have created provides a solution to the care industry staffing crisis. The unique approach of Visiting Angels has attracted substantial media exposure for the business. Over the past 18 months, Dan has been featured on national TV 9 times, including regular contributions to BBC News 24, Channel 5 News, Sky News, and BBC Breakfast.

Since launching the franchise concept in the UK in 2019 the Visiting Angels network has grown to 50+ franchise locations across the UK. During his keynote presentation, ‘The power of Mission: When a business opportunity leads to a social revolution’, Dan shone a light on the importance of brand values in building a successful business. 

Dan has spoken across the UK and internationally on franchising, marketing, and business development. He is a former board member of the BFA serving for a total of 6 years on the main board of directors of the governing body for franchising.
