With 16 years of experience in franchising, as both a franchisor and a multi-unit franchisee with InXpress, Ben Kirby QFP has a unique perspective of the industry.
 
As Franchise Development Director for the EMEA region, he has used this experience to drive the growth of InXpress from a UK-based franchise system into an award-winning global franchised network.  
 
In 2018, he became a board member of the British Franchise Association (bfa) – the voluntary regulatory body for the UK’s franchise sector – to support the industry’s growth.
