X-Press Legal Services franchise launches new industry publication

Leading professional services franchise, X-Press Legal Services has launched a new industry publication for legal professionals.

Written by leading experts within the conveyancing sector, its new compliance briefing Compl:i will build brand awareness for the franchise while also providing its franchisees with a new marketing asset.

Written for decision makers within law firms, the online publication will combine topical subjects with pertinent opinions as X-Press aims to create an indispensable resource for its conveyancing clients.

“We are delighted to have launched this new publication which will further cement the reputation of our franchise as an industry leading property partner,” commented Lynne Lister, Managing Director of X-Press Legal Services. “Partnering with law firms and conveyancers across England and Wales we have a unique insight into the legal sector and over recent years have witnessed the rise of compliance and the impact it is having on conveyancing.  It’s an area which is of increasing concern to solicitors and one our franchisees regularly support them on through the delivery of new products, CPD events and webinars.

“Compl:i adds a new marketing asset to the mix with articles written by leading lights within the property sector.  We are incredibly proud of the talent invested into this first edition and anticipate it will become an insightful and invaluable read to legal professionals.”

With 27 franchise offices in England & Wales, X-Press Legal Services is the largest independent property search franchise network. It provides a wraparound service including residential & commercial searches, pre & post completion services, cyber security, and compliance products. The company delivers thousands of searches and reports to the conveyancing sector annually and works with over 500 legal practices.

Remaining competitive within the property search sector, X-Press continues to evolve its suite of products for conveyancers, ensuring franchisees have access to an extensive range of services to assist their clients.  The franchise also invests heavily in technology and security in order to support its franchise network through its own in-house IT development team.  It continually tracks and evaluates the latest innovations, providing much needed security and speed of services for the conveyancing sector.
