Welcome to the Tezlom Family: The Thacker Family’s Journey to Franchise Success

It’s with great pleasure that we welcome the Thacker family to the Tezlom family! Awarded a Tezlom franchise earlier this year, the Father and Son duo’s journey to becoming Tezlom franchisees has been a carefully considered and exciting one. After 12 months of deliberation, consulting with family members, and finally making the decision to join the Tezlom family, Paresh and Arjun Thacker officially became Tezlom franchisees last month.

Paresh and Arjun have wasted no time diving into their new business venture. They’ve just completed three weeks of intensive, in-person training, where they spent time with our Group Recruitment Manager, Cheryl Givnan, underwent compliance training with our Group Compliance Manager, Amanda Dollah, and are now moving on to the next phase of training: business development with our Group Business Development Manager, Oliver Beaumont.

Arjun, whose background is in Quantity Surveying, first visited the franchise expo with his family back in 2023 where he met and spoke with Directory Ryan Armitage. Since then, he and his father have been eagerly preparing to join the Tezlom family and make a positive impact in their community. Now, as proud owners of the Tezlom Wandsworth territory, they’re ready to hit the ground running.

Incredibly, in as little as three weeks, Arjun and Paresh are fully compliant and operational. They’ve wasted no time in getting their business up and running and have already started recruiting their dream team of care workers, support workers, and nurses.
