TRIB3 hosts free workouts for National Fitness Day
National Fitness Day – Wednesday 21st September 2022
Train for free ALL DAY at TRIB3, a full body HIIT workout combining three zones (Treadmill, Resistance, Intensity). Bring your friends, family and colleagues down, and celebrate all things fitness!
Pound the treadmill and get your heart pumping. In the Resistance zone, you’ll push, pull and move to sculpt and tone your muscles. Then tackle the Air Bikes; this zone is all about your effort, so the more you put in, the more you sweat.
