Tezlom Franchise Network gathers for a week of learning and support
This week, the Tezlom head office has been buzzing with energy as franchisees from all over the Northwest gathered for a week of learning and support. The head office in Southport has been blessed with the presence of dedicated franchisees, all eager to expand their knowledge and grow their businesses.
One of the highlights of the week was the training sessions led by Group Business Development Manager, Oliver Beaumont. Oliver covered a wide range of topics, including learning about different sectors of healthcare, breaching new markets, expanding knowledge of the industry, sales techniques, appointment-making, and more. A particularly valuable session was the “Open Sales Support Day,” a full day of dedicated 1-2-1 training for the network, also led by Oliver. This provided franchisees with the opportunity to receive personalised support and guidance, tailored to their individual needs.
But perhaps the most valuable aspect of the week was the opportunity for franchisees to work alongside each other, learning from one another and providing peer-to-peer support. The energy at the head office was electric, with everyone sharing ideas, strategies, and best practices.
