TaxAssist Accountants nominated for Best Franchise Awards 2017

Following its recent ‘5 Star Franchise Satisfaction Award‘ and as a result of feedback from its franchisees gathered by Smith + Henderson, TaxAssist Accountants has been named as a finalist in the ‘Business to Business’ category of The Best Franchise Awards 2017, sponsored by Lloyds Bank.

Having taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey earlier in the year, franchisees were asked to anonymously provide scores for categories including initial training, ongoing support and whether they would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee.

TaxAssist Accountants was proud to receive a ‘5 Star Franchise Satisfaction Award’ following the survey and hopes to continue its string of successes, having regularly won accolades at previous Best Franchise Awards ceremonies.

Sarah Robertson, Group Operations Director at TaxAssist Accountants, said: “We are delighted to be nominated yet again for a Best Franchise Award. Our main focus is always on training and supporting our franchisees to be as successful as possible, so being nominated for this award based on feedback from our network, makes this award ceremony extra special.”

Steven Frost, Director of Smith + Henderson, said: “We would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations to these franchisors who have already shown themselves to be among the very best in the country. All the finalists have received outstanding feedback from their franchisees, who completed our independent and confidential Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey, which uniquely identifies the franchises that live up to their franchisees’ expectations. We congratulate them on this achievement.”

The winners of the 2017 Best Franchise Awards will be announced on Thursday, 30th November 2017,  at the Best Franchise Conference in Milton Keynes, where TaxAssist Group Chief Executive, Karl Sandall is among the speakers.
