TaxAssist Accountants franchisees outperform their business plans

TaxAssist Accountants franchisees exceed expectations

After just three months of trading franchisees reveal impressive results.

Franchisees from Aberdeen, Barking, Cheltenham, Montrose and York recently returned to the TaxAssist Accountants Support Centre in Norwich as part of their training course nurture programme to reveal solid performance figures for their practices.

The franchisees all reported good results, with one franchisee matching their plan, and four franchisees forging ahead of their business plan targets.

James Mattam, Group Business Development Director, is delighted by the performance of the franchisees.

“All five franchisees returned to the Support Centre confident and motivated by the training and support they have received which has enabled them all to make positive starts to their businesses,” he said.

“Our nurture programme allows us to mentor our new franchisees through the first six months after they have completed the initial training course.

“When you’re working in your business, you can often question: “Where is the next client coming from?” and “Am I on track with the number of clients I’’ve signed?”. It’s fantastic to see this course’s results and the confidence boost they receive knowing they are either on track or ahead or where they wanted to be. We look forward to assisting with further business growth.”

Rob Little, who bought a TaxAssist Accountants resale in Cheltenham and Gloucester was one of the course attendees. “I found the business development training particularly helpful. It gave me the tools I needed to be confident in my pricing – especially when quoting – and to convert the leads as they came through from the Inbound team,” he said.

“Mainly though, it was good to reinforce the need to take a step back from the business every now & then, and to keep in mind my marketing plan. As any accountant will tell you, there’s always one more client email to deal with/job to review; the training helped me ensure I always leave time in my week for growing the business.”

TaxAssist Accountants is the UK’s largest network of small business specialist accountants and is actively looking for accountants and commercially experienced individuals who have the ambition to build their own practice with the support of the TaxAssist brand name, support and training.
