Running a coffee franchise

Investing in a coffee franchise could be clever decision with a recent report* showing sales grew9.3% in 2013. This makes the sector one of the most successful in the UK economy – and it’s still growing comfortably. Popping out for a coffee is becoming more and more part of the UK culture.

If you have a passion for serving good quality coffee, sociable and willing to work hard, then buying a coffee franchise could be the best decision you can make.

Many of the well-known high street coffee brands are franchises and there are a number of smaller coffee shops expanding their business through franchising. The investment opportunities can various enormously, as the franchises vary from large retail units to more affordable mobile coffee businesses.

As with buying any business it is essential to do your due diligence and research both the coffee franchise you are considering investing in and the coffee industry in your area to see whether there is footfall and need for another coffee shop.
