Right at Home invests in the future, as national support team grows

Quality homecare franchise Right at Home has welcomed five new members of staff to its national support team, ensuring its franchisees benefit from an industry-leading support ratio.

The Right at Home UK franchise network is now approaching 70 territories, operated by 63 owners, who are supported in all aspects of their business operation by a one to three ratio of National Office team.

Between them they offer a wealth of expertise in areas including finance, PR and digital marketing, recruitment, training and development, HR, systems and management information, and of course, quality standards and compliance with care industry regulations.

Right at Home new staff

There is also a ‘team within the team’ which specialises in supporting Right at Home’s new franchisees in their start-ups, regulatory registration, and early days of business growth.

Once their business is established, each franchise owner continues to work closely with a dedicated Business Support Manager and a Quality & Compliance Manager, who are both regionally based so they can easily provide on-site support to the owner, manager, and their team as they grow.

In addition to sharing best practice across the network, these regional managers ensure the owners have the latest operational guidance, tools and resources at their disposal. Importantly, they are experienced in the common challenges that can hinder business growth and can coach and guide the owner to help them scale up their business, across the full territory area.

Staff in the additional departments based at National Office not only deliver continuous improvements to the franchise system, but also work directly with individual offices, in areas such as staff recruitment, digital and offline marketing, financial reporting and HR.

The new members of the Right at Home UK team are, pictured clockwise above:

Business Support Manager Alan Anstey, Data Administrator and Project Coordinator Anna Kadzikowska, Quality & Compliance Manager Carolynne Favager, Administrative and Finance Assistant Maria Le Gros and Junior Marketing Assistant Abbie Ramsden.

The Right at Home UK franchise is led by two directors who have each won national awards for their franchising skills and expertise: CEO Ken Deary and Chief Operational Officer Lucy Campbell.

Lucy said:

“Right at Home has built its brand upon the quality of its care services and the strength of its franchise support, and as we grow as a network, we are fully committed to investing in high calibre staffing to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

“The new members of our team have all made an immediate impact in their respective departments and will undoubtedly help us to take our support offering to even greater heights.”
