Radfield named Top 30 franchise opportunity in UK
Radfield Home Care has been awarded 30th position in the prestigious Franchise Direct Top 100 Report 2021. Radfield Home Care is also one of the top two home care franchises named in the report, narrowly missing out on the industries top spot.
To ensure a fair and objective review of the UK’s franchise opportunities, the Franchise Direct Top 100 Report does not focus on subjective perceptions of system size and financial performance. Instead, franchises earn an overall score based on the weighted value of a range of criteria.
“It is fantastic to be recognised by Franchise Direct in this year’s Top 100. Franchise Direct is a highly respected and valuable name within franchising so for them to rank Radfield Home Care as one of the top 30 opportunities in the UK is a real honour for the brand”, franchisor, Dr Hannah MacKechnie explains. “2021 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for us here at Radfield Home Care. As well as this latest award, our franchise support team is growing in numbers and specialist skills, the franchise network is expanding throughout the UK and we are adding new systems and services to help franchise partners grow.”
This is not the first time Radfield has been recognised in 2021. Earlier this year, Radfield Home Care was also listed in the Elite Franchise Top 100 for a fourth year running. With over 900 franchisors in the UK, third party recognition on two separate occasions in such close succession is a unique achievement.
“We have listened very carefully to our franchise partners in the last 18 months and have invested heavily to really develop our franchise support system and business model to meet their needs.”, Radfield Home Care’s operations director, Neil McPherson comments. “Our sole focus is to help our franchise partners grow their businesses, improve the quality of their care services and increase their returns. Being recognised so prominently by the likes of Elite Franchise, Franchise Direct and the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards in recent months, really demonstrates this commitment to people considering investing in a franchise themselves.”
With opportunities across the UK, Radfield Home Care specialises in care at-home services for older people that do not qualify for social care funding from their local authority or NHS. This growing marketplace provides franchise partners with the opportunity to develop financially secure businesses, providing sufficient margins to focus on delivering the highest quality of care to clients and a supportive workplace with fair remuneration for care professionals.
