Radfield Home Care expands its network in Chingford and Loughton
Radfield Home Care has recently welcomed another new franchise partner into its ever-growing network, launching in Radfield’s Chingford & Loughton territory.
Stepping into the role of business owner and director is Adam Simons. Adam has a background in finance and has worked across Europe and Asia, living in Japan for several years. Keen to support his local communities, Adam undertakes a lot of voluntary work with charities and organisations such as The Samaritans, Jewish Care, and Age UK.
Adam said: “I Initially started volunteering with Jewish Care as a meals on wheels driver and then for the same charity I also became a telephone befriender to three older people. Late 2020, I joined the Samaritans as a listening volunteer and subsequently was asked to join the leadership team in my local branch. During the Christmas holiday season, I regularly volunteer with Crisis to help homeless people.”
Through voluntary work and community involvement, Adam discovered how rewarding, humbling and empowering it is to help others in his local community. Now, he is using this drive to bring exceptional home care services to people in Chingford & Loughton so they can remain connected to the things that matter most in their lives.
Adam added: “The feeling I get from volunteering, helping others and giving back, has helped me through some very difficult times. It is incredibly rewarding and gives me a real sense of purpose. Setting up a home care business feels like a natural progression from the voluntary work I’ve been doing the past few years. I have a strong desire and a passion to do everything I can to help others.”
Along with welcoming Adam as a fantastic addition to the network, Radfield Home Care has also been celebrating a year of success. The Home Care Awards named Radfield Home Care as the Most Outstanding Home Care Franchise Network 2023, the National Office also received accolades for the best Training and Development and best Team Support. This came only months after Radfield earned the Princess Royal Training Award for their franchise training programme and has quickly been followed by the network earning a phenomenal rating 9.7/10 on Homecare.co.uk, the care review aggregator.
On 9th & 10th of June, hundreds of people took the opportunity to meet the Radfield Home Care team at the British & International Franchise Exhibition in Olympia London. Along with attending the show, Radfield Home Care co-founder Alex Green was welcomed onto the mainstage to participate in a panel discussion on “What to expect from your franchisor”, sharing insight into the benefits franchising provides to new business owners. If you couldn’t attend the exhibition, Radfield has published a summary of the event along with a quick video tour of the show: Tour of British & International Franchise Exhibition 2023 by Radfield Home Care.
