Ovenclean celebrates double-digit growth in enquiries

Ovenclean has marked the start of the year celebrating double digit growth in customer enquiries compared to pre-pandemic levels, with leads generated for franchisees up 24% for 2022 compared to 2019.

The growth equates to an average of £4k worth of customer enquiries per franchisee per month, which the company says is a major contribution to franchisee success against a backdrop of potentially challenging trading conditions.

Ovenclean, which has been established for almost 30 years, puts the increase in leads down to continued investment into digital advertising, especially social media marketing, having worked with many influencers throughout 2022 to share messaging and extend its reach as far as possible. The company has focused on creating content which engages homeowners who desire a spotlessly clean oven and encourages them to seek out the support of Ovenclean specialists, who can achieve unparalleled results using their exclusive systems.  

Following up online engagement with outstanding customer service across the UK, Ovenclean also recently surpassed 7,500 Trustpilot reviews, helping to build upon their 5* status even further.
