No Letting Go extends service options for COVID – post lifting of restrictions in July ’21

During the numerous lockdowns caused by the pandemic, No Letting Go adapted it service offering to enable social distancing, and preventative measures to stop the spread. The adjustments were designed at the time as a short-term measure to enable people to continue to move safely (where permitted), and keep the industry moving.  However, the company now plans to extend these services beyond the restrictions lift, planned for 19th July.

Justine Tomlinson, Head of Operations comments “As we move into a phase of personal responsibility towards the risks of COVID, service companies need to account for customers individual circumstances.  We believe there will be a need to offer COVID safe services even when we are not required to by law. COVID will be with us for some time to come and we need to ensure that all customers feel safe even when restrictions are lifted.”

No Letting Go has used technology to ensure that tenants do not need to be present at any stage of the property reporting cycle (inventory, mid term check up or check out), if they would prefer not too, without effecting their or the landlords’ legal rights during the course of the tenancy.
