Leap of faith pays off for Sourced Network franchise partner Sandra

Sandra George joined the Sourced after leaving her job as a senior manager at the University of Swansea. When she came across Sourced, she knew it was time to invest into property, while utilising the training and resources from Sourced. She took the leap of faith, while home schooling her son through GCSEs, knowing that Sourced would assist her.

Her first experience in property was building her family home with her husband 15 years ago, but since then, had spent the time in between raising her son and working.

The franchisee is currently in the process of purchasing her first flip, using Sourced Capital to help with funding, She is planning to convert a three-bed property into a four bed and benefit from the value uplift.

Inspired by the opportunities in property, Sandra is now considering a commercial to residential conversion. She has already booked herself onto the Commercial Conversion Course in September to understand everything she needs to take another step on her property journey.
