Kare Plus network meeting lays out bright future

Kare Plus, the UK’s most established multi-service healthcare franchise, recently held its latest network meeting, celebrating its recent successes and outlining its future plans.

Following a year of strong growth, the entire network of over 70 branches was invited to attend Kare Plus’ network meeting near its head office in Telford, Shropshire to discuss the first half of 2016’s successes, launch the latest marketing campaigns and announce new charity partnerships.

With marketing campaigns driving home some record-breaking nurse, healthcare assistant and domiciliary carer recruitment levels in the first 9 months of 2016, the announcement of the new #LoveToNurse campaign was one of the big announcements of the day. A celebration of nurses, the campaign is a network wide initiative set to become the backbone of all franchise owners’ nurse recruitment.

Kare Plus also announced a new partnerships alongside the Royal College of Nursing and, sticking to its caring nature, with nursing charity, Cavell Nurses’ Trust – a charity created over 100 years ago in memory of famous WW1 nurse Edith Cavell to offer support and financial assistance to nurses, HCAs and midwives at their time of need.  Both of these partnerships offer franchise owners excellent resources to support, not only their own businesses, but also their staff’s needs and wants in the ever-changing healthcare sector.

The next network meeting is set to be held in December, incorporating a large end-of-year dinner and awards evening, thanking franchisees for their commitment to the healthcare sector and the continued growth of the Kare Plus brand.
