Kare Plus celebrates success at Annual Conference & Award Ceremony

Kare Plus

Following another successful 12 months, franchise owners at the UK’s most established multi-service healthcare franchise, Kare Plus gathered last weekend to celebrate success, share best practice and plan for an even more rewarding 2018.

On track to record well over two million hours of care in 2017, a record number of new homecare registrations achieved and multiple franchises already sold this year, the network met to reflect, strengthen relationships, discuss new opportunities and celebrate success. With 80 offices across the UK, the Annual Conference and Award ceremony is the pinnacle of the Kare Plus calendar. The whole network is involved in not just the day’s events, but also the run-up and organisation, with the array of awards chosen by network-wide nominations and feedback.

Kare Plus’ Director of Operations, Dominic Rothwell, said: “We have experienced another fantastic year of growth, which is reflected in our franchise sales and hours of care provided. This has to be attributed to the hard work of all of our franchise owners, driving their own success, and helping make Kare Plus an attractive proposition for those looking to start their own business within the healthcare market.

“The Annual Conference and Award Ceremony is one of our ways to not only celebrate this, but also thank and reward the network for their hard work. Alongside the motivational speakers, operations update and teambuilding activities, we hand out multiple awards to franchise owners and their staff.”

The Annual Conference is also an excellent opportunity for franchise owners to network with the head office support team. Providing recruitment, marketing, compliance, finance, and business development support, the award-winning support team has daily contact with franchise owners, helping them make a profit, making a difference.

The UK’s most established multi-service healthcare franchise provides nursing, care and support to local communities, with nurse and healthcare staffing solutions, as well as a range of quality homecare services.
