Gym franchise TRIB3’s growth further fuelled by ambitious Dutch expansion project

TRIB3 reignites Amsterdam’s boutique fitness scene with its unique and proven workout experience

Global boutique fitness franchise TRIB3 has secured a landmark deal which will see TRIB3 take over both of the Round11 boutique studios in Amsterdam. TRIB3’s proven successful business model in a number of international territories has been central to this deal and signifies TRIB3’s continued global expansion programme.

TRIB3 has developed one of the world’s most loved HIIT workout experiences and is one of Europe’s fastest-growing fitness franchises, which has been largely underpinned by a hugely loyal customer base and an unrivalled brand experience.

Kevin Yates, CEO of TRIB3, said: “I’m excited to announce yet another expansion project which will see us move into the Netherlands and introduce even more people to our brand. Fitness remains such an important industry and such a key facet of consumer’s lives so I am delighted that we can transform these existing facilities into new city centre TRIB3 locations and continue growing our global community, all while working closely with the team at Urban Gym Group who already have great knowledge and experience within the market. We are committed to putting experience, people and passion at the heart of what we do, and this is what continues to drive the success of the business. Expect the unexpected as we further develop and expand TRIB3 in 2023 and beyond.”

The news follows the recent announcement of deals in Greece and Cyprus with more than 100 locations still in the pipeline. 2023 is shaping up to be a busy time for the international brand.

Kirsty Angove, Chief Marketing Officer for TRIB3 said of the rebrand: “There’s no escaping the fact that boutique fitness is going through a further post-pandemic evolution but in markets like the Netherlands there is huge opportunity with the right brand and the right experience. Getting to bring the TRIB3 brand to Amsterdam is such an exciting milestone, especially working with the support of the Urban Gym Group team and leveraging their considerable experience in the market and the industry. They share our belief that TRIB3 is a unique model and unique customer experience that can lead the way in the market and be at the forefront of this next chapter for the sector. I am so confident that we have a winning formula to make our launch in the Netherlands hugely successful and continue our rapid expansion across Europe.”

The plans are to convert two studios in Middenweg and Rozengracht from Round11 into TRIB3 studios over the coming weeks, with a view to relaunch under the TRIB3 brand in November.
