énergie Fitness nominated for major franchising award

#BFAAWARDS19

énergie Fitness has been shortlisted for the Brand Awareness & Innovation accolade at the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards, to be held at the Vox, Birmingham, on June 27.

The nomination recognises énergie’s network-wide rebrand exercise that has created a strong collective brand firmly positioning the business as the leading high-service / low-cost operator.

Neil King, CEO of énergie Fitness said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for this prestigious franchise award. The nomination is a reflection of our dedication to providing our franchisees with the highest levels of franchise support and delivering a personal and professional member experience.”

“In the last 18 months, we have introduced several new innovations, all of which have positively impacted our franchisees businesses. Through the creation of our new brand and service proposition, we have sought to occupy a unique space in the competitive health and fitness market. These are exciting times for énergie Fitness.”

The awards evening is the flagship event in the franchising calendar and getting a nomination in itself is a major achievement, proving the business works ethically and in the best interests of franchisees and staff, fighting off many other companies vying for the accolade.

Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchising Association (bfa), congratulated énergie Fitness: “énergie Fitness continues to grow its network, working in a responsible and innovative manner and it’s this approach which has helped secure its selection.”

Andrew Brattesani, Head of Franchising, HSBC, said: “énergie Fitness continues to grow as the gym and fitness industry thrives. The company has continued to show innovative approaches while the competition within the industry remains fierce. This is why it has been nominated, and I wish them the best of luck when it comes to the awards evening.”

We will go face-to-face against three other franchise units in June from sectors in telecommunications, pet care, and decorations services.
