énergie Fitness gym opens in Solihull

On Wednesday 1st May, new club énergie Fitness Solihull opened its doors to all members, following a fantastic launch party the evening before with the énergie team and local community of Solihull.

The new 6000sqft énergie Fitness gym is located on Warwick Road, with great access from a nearby bus stop and Solihull Train Station.

A key feature of the gym is thé YARD, our signature training concept which is designed with brick-style walls, astro flooring and a range of functional training equipment to encourage members to try high-intensity training with MYZONE heart-rate monitors for tracking and performance.

In addition to thé YARD, énergie Fitness Solihull also offers 30-minute fast fitness énergie BLAST classes, including Core, Cycle and HIIT.

Both thé YARD Club Edition and énergie BLAST are accessible via the club’s WOW! membership offering, alongside a discounted MyZone effort trackers, reciprocal club access, Precor Preva fitness tracking and more.
