Emerging Franchisor of the Year finalist ready for major award ceremony
Emerging Franchisor of the Year finalist, Radfield Home Care is attending the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards ceremony on 27th June amongst other leading UK and international franchise brands.
With over 35 years’ experience in the wider care sector, Radfield Home Care’s franchise opportunity was shortlisted as Emerging Franchisor due to its established business model, excellent franchise partner support systems and values-led culture.
Specialising in private care at home for older people, Radfield’s business model enables its franchise partners to benefit from social rewards of providing high quality care services as well as the financial rewards of the private marketplace. Its specialist support team has been hand picked by the Franchisors to provide the highest level of guidance, advice and experience to franchise partners, helping them to launch, grow and continually develop their business.
Founder and Franchisor, Hannah MacKechnie GP is extremely proud about what the shortlisting represents: “Although we have years of experience within the sector, we only launched the franchise opportunity towards the end of 2016 and to be recognised at such major awards really highlights our focus on developing a truly supportive and realistic franchise opportunity. We spent over eight years preparing the home care model for franchising to ensure it was financially, socially and commercially viable in different areas of the country, which took a lot of time and resource. However, this award just highlights that period of development was well worth it and that we now provide a robust, tried and tested business model for our franchise partners.
“A key factor within our model is our focus on developing as strong support systems as possible, which means our franchise support team is critical to our franchise partners’ success. As a result, we will all be at the awards ceremony to celebrate this major franchise recognition.”
The awards ceremony is held on the evening of 27th June at The Vox in Birmingham.
