Colourfence appoints new Digital Marketing Manager
Colourfence, the weatherproof fencing franchise, has just announced another new addition to its head office team. Just a few months after recruiting Marketing Manager, Helen Hopkins, the company has secured the full-time services of Digital Marketing Manager, Graham Bowers.
Until recently, Colourfence outsourced its digital marketing to a third-party partner company, headed up by Bowers himself. And that, says Graham, means a seamless transition of support for Colourfence franchisees: “I already have a deep understanding of the business, I love the products and firmly believe in its USPs. I’d now like to help Colourfence become a household name by continually developing the online presence and brand awareness of the company.”
This appointment is another significant investment in the Colourfence Franchise Network which, in turn, says Finance Director Iain Colling, will build capability and strategic security as the company moves into the next stage of its development.
“As Colourfence continues to grow, we’re acutely aware that our IT and digital marketing capability is becoming increasingly important,” Iain says. “So, we are delighted to announce that Graham has joined the Colourfence Management Team full time with a view to establishing an in-house capability based in Newport – one that will support all of our SEO/Adwords/Social Media and general website activities.”
Colourfence launched in the UK in 2004. Its weatherproof and virtually maintenance free fencing has proven incredibly popular with time-poor homeowners. Franchisees operate in an exclusive territory, supplying the products and employing labour for installations. The franchise requires no previous experience, is very easy to learn and provides a rapid return on investment. Colourfence hosts regular Discovery Days at its factory in Newport for prospective franchisees, and still has spaces on its next event held on Thursday 2nd November.
