When the Partner Agent programme first went live in August 2017, the scheme focused on offering Vodafone employees the opportunity to transition from operator to owner. Partner Agent-owned stores have consistently delivered growth above forecast, and they continue to teach us at Vodafone new ways of thinking. These stores have proved such a success that in August 2018, we opened up the Partner Agent program to entrepreneurs from outside of Vodafone.
