We start off by creating, with you, the perfect territory for your new business. No “off-the-peg” territories are ever provided. You deserve a custom-created territory. Prior to your training, we will provide a list of reading materials that will get you up to speed on the industry and ways to successfully market your new business.
Your two-week residential training, based in Milton Keynes, will be undertaken personally by Terry Nicholson, the founder of the business. We don’t delegate this essential part of your development to training advisors, it’s too important. At the end of the initial training, you will have understood the basics, if in any doubt, we’ll extend the course to make sure that you are completely comfortable.
Weeks before you have even started your training, your marketing launch will have been crafted ready for your business to commence and as the big day approaches it kicks into action.
Launch day arrives and prospects will commence contacting you in order for you to provide a quotation for your service. You’ll be ready and confident to showcase your new business and your customers will grow.
Whilst you will have been fully trained, we will continue to provide you with “in-the-field” support and additional training in order that your confidence grows quickly and you reach peak performance quickly.
Low costs for you
We are a privately owned, no-debt, UK business. Therefore, we don’t have to make payments to any US owners. This allows us to pass on savings to you with the low startup total cost of £19,846.84 plus VAT, we’ll gladly explain where every penny is spent. We have various funding options that we can discuss with you.
Our ongoing franchise support fees are the lowest in the UK starting at 9% of turnover and decreasing to 6.5% of turnover, as your business grows. We take NO commissions from suppliers, very rare in lawn franchising. This means that the price we negotiate for your supplies is the price you pay and is not increased by the supplier in order to pay us an incentive.
