Future Stars Coaching

Future Stars coaching has a vision to inspire and motivate people to be the best they can be. We do this through quality childcare and sports provision predominantly within primary schools. We currently work within primary schools developing all their sporting and childcare needs – from PE lessons with one of our qualified coaches to breakfast clubs or wrap-around care, both before and after school. We also run holiday clubs, and we provide activities and create an experience that is inspiring for children and create healthy lifestyles.

Mini Stars is a multi-sports programme that allows nursery-aged children to take their first steps into the sporting world, in a fun and engaging environment.

In our sessions children will be given the chance to learn and experience a wide variety of fundamental skills and games, allowing them to find their passion and enjoyment in sport. Along their journey with us they will experience football, rugby, cricket, tennis, hockey, basketball, netball and athletics giving children the best sporting foundation to find which sport their passion lies in, if not all of them!

We are currently operating across 13 franchise areas covering Somerset, North Somerset, South Gloucester, Tamworth and Leicester with the plan to expand into the rest of the country and beyond.

We would like interested parties to have a sporting, sports coaching or an educational background with the vision to inspire and motivate children and coaches to be the best they can be.

Our franchisees get to own a coaching territory with around 200,000 people, 70 primary schools and 80 nurseries. We hold the hands of our franchisees throughout the onboarding process.

Our franchisees are given access to the whole of our existing head office team that has been operational for over 16 years.

This includes supporting all aspects of the franchise business including the following:

• Broad franchise knowledge
• Commercial support with business development
• Booking system
• Finance
• HR including safeguarding
• Marketing
• A complete suite of coaching lesson plans and videos

Over time we will help our franchisees expand into neighbouring territories as their network of schools grows.

Our Future Stars franchise fee is £12,000 which requires an initial £2k deposit to secure the territory with the remainder paid by the franchisee before onboarding. We have a good relationship with NatWest Bank which can fund 50% of the franchise fee. We do however also recommend reviewing the Government Start-up loan option. The ongoing franchise royalty fee is 10% of revenue.

Our franchisees typically return their investment within 6 months from the start of their coaching.

Our Mini Stars franchise fee is £4,995 which requires an initial £1k deposit to secure the territory with the remainder paid by the franchisee before onboarding.
