Body20 offers a comprehensive franchise package designed to support you every step of the way, we make it easy to start and own your own business. Investment costs

Your initial investment to become a Body20 franchisee is under £25,000. The remainder of the total investment is £140,000 (which can be financed), depending on location and size. This investment covers absolutely everything you need to create a premium fitness experience for your clients, including state-of-the-art equipment, studio build, license fee, full training, start-up marketing, VAT (which you are refunded), cash flow and rental deposit.

It also covers your initial financial plan & market analysis for your specific location, providing you with a solid foundation to launch your Body20 studio (this is undertaken by an independent market research company). In addition, we are partnered with an established lending partner to assist you with accessing business finance.
