9Round is an 800+ strong global network. Our first club opened in the UK in 2014. We have 14 clubs trading and another 6 in the pipeline to open in 2021. We have identified the UK as a key market and are just getting started with our ambitious expansion.

What is 9R?

The 9Round workout consists of 9 rounds, 3 minutes each, 30 seconds rest, all completed in just over 30 minutes.  Based on the fundamentals of kickboxing, the rounds combine bag work with functional and cardio training.
