Colourfence releases new franchise video

A new corporate video has just been released on both the Colourfence website and its dedicated YouTube channel.

The three-and-a-half-minute long recording gives potential franchisees a behind-the-scenes look at the company, its products and its franchisees. It also features never-seen-before footage of factory machinery, snippets of the manufacturing process and explains some of the science behind Colourfence’s innovative weatherproof fencing system.

Colourfence founder and Managing Director, Mark Stewart-Woods, is thrilled with the results. “I’ve wanted to broadcast material like this for years,” he says. “But, until now, we’ve focused on the consumer side of things, showing customer’s reactions when they’ve had their fence installed, and even revisiting them several years later to demonstrate the product’s durability.

“But I recognise more than most, though, that it’s important to any potential investor – or prospective franchisee – to really understand who we are, what we do and, ultimately, what we’re aiming to achieve as a national brand. This video is a great snapshot of our company, and gives people access to what we’re doing here in Newport from the comfort of their sofa or their desk!”

Colourfence launched in the UK back in 2004, initially supplying and installing the products itself before partnering with some reputable contractors. The franchise evolved from there and, today, most of the company’s 55 franchisees don’t install the fences themselves. Instead, they operate a management franchise in an exclusive territory and employ labour for installations.

Colourfence hosts regular Open Days at its factory in Newport for prospective franchisees, and will be on stand F30 at the National Franchise Exhibition, Birmingham on 13 & 14 October.
