Clarriots Care announce their Cheshire East office as 2017 Franchise Of The Year

Clarriots Care Franchise of the Year winners Cheshire East

Paul Best, Managing Director of Clarriots Care Cheshire East, his wife Jane Best and their team were presented with the trophy and certificates earlier this week. Reflecting on their success, Paul Best said: “It’s a fantastic achievement for the entire Cheshire East team, I’m so proud for all their hard work this year. They all dedicate so much to our clients and brilliant to see the hard work has been recognised. This award makes us very proud and I can guarantee that as a team we’ll be even more determined to continue our efforts to support those in our community.”

The prestigious accolade was voted upon by the Clarriots Care network and their partners to recognise the dedication to providing high-quality care that all Clarriots Care offices provide their clients – the Cheshire East team coming out on top of a very tight voting process.

Paul Best and his team were also presented with an award last year for the best new Clarriots Care office, continuing their excellent progress as a team. Registered Manager Steph Roll (pictured with the certificate above) had organised an afternoon for her team to drop in for a buffet lunch as a double celebration of Christmas and for winning this award remarked: “It’s absolutely fabulous, I’m really proud, proud of my team, I’m proud to be working for Paul and Jane as they are amazing supporters of everything we do. It is testament to our commitment and dedication to be recognised in this way. Our staff truly care about our service users and consistently go that extra mile to ensure that the support provided is correct for each individual.”

As the celebration continued we caught up with two of the care staff at the Cheshire East office, Laura told us that, “It’s an amazing office to work for, we are like family all here to support each other.” Her colleague and friend Sarah went on to say, “I’ve always found the office team to be brilliant and there always there to help out if there are any issues. The whole team get on so well and that really helps.”

The Head Office team would like to congratulate all at Cheshire East for their efforts in 2017 and we wish all offices the very best of success for 2018.

Clarriots Care’s person-centred care services enable many vulnerable people in the community to remain living safely and independently at home, supported with dignity and choice.
