To reiterate our continued commitment to offering our franchise family an unmatched level of support and dedication in ensuring the success of their businesses, we launched our brand new Franchise Agreement back in Summer 2017. Developed in association with Ashton’s Franchise Consulting, it’s packed with innovative new systems aimed at facilitating rapid and sustainable growth of your business.

Peter Morah, owner of our Essex office, was one of several franchisees who jumped at the opportunity to take his business to the next level. He signed up to the new agreement back in September in order to take a step back from the day to day running of the business to work on developing and building his business.

A key benefit of the new agreement is the implementation of our Centralised Sales system, in which sales are handled by our dedicated sales team at Head Office. Passionate, experienced and efficient, our sales team are capable of managing high volumes of care package enquiries each day. They have the knowledge and insight needed to work with the local offices to take these calls all the way from brief enquiry to full provision of care.

Not only does this result in higher conversion ratings for your enquiries, meaning you acquire more business than ever before at higher charge rates, but the system also grants you precious amounts of extra time to focus on other critical aspects of your business, such as recruitment and retention of staff.

When asked about the benefits that his business had received as a result of signing the new franchise agreement, Peter had this to say:

“The sales team at head office have proven an invaluable addition to our team here in Essex. They have taken on full responsibility for managing our enquiries, and we can trust them to handle enquiries in a polite, professional and timely manner.”

“Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the sales team, we have had extra time to recruit staff and market our business, which has definitely contributed to our recent growth. Not only that, but we are always kept up to date with every important detail through our CRM software we all have access to.”

Samantha Parkinson, an experienced member of the Clarriots Care sales team at Head Office, told us:

“We’re so proud that we have been able to support Peter as he grows his new business, and we look forward to building many more relationships within the Essex community in the future. I love learning about the new communities we work in and it gives me such a feeling of accomplishment when I am able to secure new care packages for offices like Peter’s to see his business grow, knowing I have been a part of it.”

We asked Peter if he would recommend the new agreement to other members of the Clarriots franchise family:

“Without a doubt, I will be recommending the new Franchise Agreement to anybody who is looking to give their business a boost. You won’t regret it!”
