New TaxAssist Accountants shop opens in Wallington in Surrey

After spending ten years working as a senior manager and strategic financial leader, Anne-Marie Morais decided it was time to work for herself.

“After years of working for others, I decided now was the time to work for myself and saw this as a great opportunity to start my own accountancy practice. TaxAssist Accountants has a great reputation and offered me extensive support and training to set up my own practice,” said Anne-Marie a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Opening TaxAssist Accountants on Stafford Road, Anne-Marie has taken on one part-time staff member and is planning to recruit three full-time staff members as the practice grows.

TaxAssist Accountants Wallington, which specialises in providing accountancy services, tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping, tax savings and tax advice to small businesses, opened in April of this year. She commented: “As well as recruiting later in the year, I’m already thinking about opening another office in nearby Mitcham to continue to offer jargon-free advice to local small businesses in the local area.”
