Ewemove once again disrupts with new proposition launch

EweMove Sales & Lettings has today announced the launch of a new proposition aimed at bringing even more experienced agents to the ‘flock’ and further expanding its presence across the UK.

The hybrid’s new Local Property Partners (LPPs) proposition will open the ‘pen’ for estate agents who have a minimum of three years’ experience, enabling them to join the flock as self-employed individuals and giving them the opportunity to build successful territories without the financial outlay of buying into the organisation’s renowned franchise structure.

Nick Neill, Managing Director and ‘Head Shepherd’ of EweMove, explained: “We get approached by many budding entrepreneurs who want to know more about becoming a EweMove franchisee – the majority of whom we actually turn down because they’re simply not the best fit for the organisation. And for those who are the perfect match in terms of personality and passion for customer service and sales, often the timings haven’t been right, or they’ve not had the capital to open a franchise of their own.

“The decision to launch EweMove’s Local Property Partners scheme was a direct result of recognising the exceptional talent out there, and we are delighted to be opening up a new way for experienced agents to join the ‘flock’ who otherwise wouldn’t be ready financially, or don’t want the commitment of running their own operation.”

The new proposition will see LPPs put through the same stringent interview process as franchisees, with EweMove providing all the essential tools and support to get them up and running in their territory as soon as possible, with full access to the suite of marketing and administrative support available from the Head Office (Sheep Pen).

“Because we’re immensely proud of the high level of service we provide to our customers, as well as the unrivalled support to our agents, our objective is to scale and grow EweMove across the length and breadth of the UK. While our LPPs won’t be franchisees, they will be based in brand new territories – opening up the offer of EweMove to even more potential customers, and providing them with a serious and reputable alternative to the traditional high street models,” Nick said.

Darren Loftus, one of the very first EweMove Local Property Partners, commented: “I’ve worked with estate agency for 13 years and was keen for a new challenge, so when the EweMove LPP offer came about, I didn’t hesitate. For me, it’s a risk-free way to start a new venture without any of the capital needed for the franchise operation. With the innovative brand and renowned customer service, there isn’t another online, traditional or hybrid agent I would have considered. EweMove is going places and I want to be a part of that.”

There is no upfront cost to becoming an LPP and successful candidates will be paid through commission, but in the traditional EweMove way, customers won’t be charged a penny for their service until their property has been successfully sold – incentivising successful completions, not listings.
