The British Franchise Association (bfa) announces the appointment of Catriona Berry QFP as Operations Manager

The British Franchise Association (bfa) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Catriona Berry QFP as Operations Manager, reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer (COO), Emily Price.

Catriona has worked in franchising for over 25 years, holding a variety of differing positions with major operators in the industry. She spent time as a franchisee and in recent years has worked as an operations manager, directing and supporting large networks of franchise businesses.

Catriona will be responsible for looking after the bfa’s existing membership, ensuring that they receive the continued support and engagement they have come to expect from being a member of the bfa.

She will also be the point of contact for any new franchisors looking to join the association, looking to operate under the code of conduct and franchising in an ethical manner.

Emily Price, COO, stated: “Catriona brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge of which I’m pleased our members will be fortunate to benefit from. Catriona’s ethos is to ensure she adds true value to her relationships and that aligns perfectly with the business development strategy. She will work closely with Simone, our Member Relationship Officer and Maria, our Business Coach, and I feel confident that this team will provide a significant support mechanism to members, looking to become successful in our objective to represent over 50% of UK business format franchisors.
