Quality homecare franchise Right at Home celebrates three new fully operational offices.

Quality homecare franchise Right at Home has celebrated three new offices becoming fully operational, after they successfully completed the CQC registration process.

UK care providers can only start to deliver personal care services once the industry regulator has completed a rigorous series of checks, to ensure they can deliver services safely and effectively.

Right at Home has a dedicated support team that coaches new franchise owners and their Registered Managers through the administrative and interview process that this entails; coaching them to ensure they are fully prepared and can confidently reflect Right at Home’s quality brand standards.

The new offices are:

• Right at Home Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern, operated by owner Giles Ellerton and his manager Cheryl Marr

• Right at Home Chichester and Bognor Regis, operated by owners Nathan & Natalie East and their manager Sarah Rodgers (pictured above)

• Right at Home Loughborough, operated by owner David Newcombe and his manager Katie Hardy.

They are now officially open for business and will remain closely supported by RaH UK, as they take on their first Clients and recruit caring and compassionate CareGivers to join their local teams.

Right at Home’s Chief Operational Officer, Lucy Campbell, said: “We’re delighted that Giles, Nathan, Natalie and David can now start offering an exceptional standard of care and companionship to their local communities in East Sussex, Buckinghamshire and Leicestershire.

“More than ever now, there is a huge need for reliable, trusted services to support the more vulnerable members of our society, and as Right at Home business owners they will be perfectly placed to help meet this need.

“We are looking forward to supporting them as they embark on this next exciting stage of their business start-up, where they will start to experience the rewards of really making a difference to the lives of their Clients and their families.”
