Anytime Fitness UK offers free fitness membership to keep nation active whilst at home during lockdown

The leading gym chain is providing free access to its AF Connect Online platform which includes over 70 on-demand classes, expert wellbeing content and exclusive discounts. To help keep people Anytime Fitness is giving everyone free access to its state-of-the-art online fitness platform, AF Connect Online.

The platform features over 70 on-demand exercise classes, exclusive wellbeing content from leading health experts and member discounts from leading brands including Myprotein and Virgin Experience Days.

With all Anytime Fitness clubs locally and individually owned, the free trial aims to support local communities in getting active and enjoying the physical and mental health benefits of exercise.

“Making AF Connect Online free to everyone furthers our commitment to supporting the nation to become healthier, even when they’re unable to set foot in a gym,” said Neil Randall, CEO of Anytime Fitness UK. “Community is at the heart of all of our locally owned clubs and we hope that people of all ages and levels of fitness experience will benefit from this. Users can try a range of on-demand classes, from yoga to dumbbells, barre ballet to boxing, resistance bands to step workouts along with relaxation and muscle relief techniques. They will also benefit from the wellbeing section, featuring a host of written nutrition and recipe guides, visual help guides and audio downloads to help lead a greater work/life balance.
