Family business at Head office and now within their 2nd franchise

Mohammed and Ramsay Amin have recently completed their initial training with First Vehicle Finance.

This is a father and son business, with father Mohammed providing the business back-up and support for son, Ramsay to launch his own vehicle and asset finance business in the coming weeks.

Mohammed has been involved with franchising for many years, being a multi-site franchisee with a well-known food franchise.  He spotted the commercial opportunity of a First Vehicle Finance franchise when looking for ideas to go into business with his son. They could see that around them friends, family and business contacts were all using vehicle finance in some form so could see the potential of the business just within their own networks.

Ramsay has worked in different business areas, and more recently has been managing stores in the family food businesses, but he wanted to develop something himself following in his father’s business success.

Both father and son have attended the initial training with First Vehicle Finance and are now working with their current contacts as potential first customers, with a full launch date coming in the next few weeks. Ramsay will be launching the First Vehicle Finance business in Esher/Walton area of Surrey.

“The potential of the market is great, just in talking to our own networks and working with First Vehicle Finance, and Richard (the founder) as he has access to the vehicle finance sector which would take us years to build up, so their franchise is perfect for us.”
