Puddle Ducks franchisees meet to pool resources

Franchisees from across the Puddle Ducks network came together recently to pool resources in their first regional face-to-face meetings since before the Covid Pandemic.

The meetings held in London, Birmingham, Northwich and York brought together franchisees from each region and the head office team to share progress and updates, discuss their ideas for the future, give feedback and make suggestions. 

The meetings form part of the regular communication offered by the award-winning Puddle Ducks franchise, they are just one of the channels used to communicate updates on new initiatives, tools, programmes and any changes or upgrades with franchisees.

Puddle Ducks, a leading baby and child swim school, was founded by Jo Stone and Tracy Townend in 2002 and started developing its franchise business five years later. It currently has 32 territories, and each week teaches more than 24,000 children to swim. Franchisees are able to enjoy a flexible way of working and are provided with a comprehensive range of training and support from the company’s team of experts.
