CareYourWay CEO announced a Finalist in the 2025 NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising Awards!
Celebrating Sarah’s leadership, impact, and dedication to excellence in both care and franchising, as she earns recognition among the industry’s most inspiring women.

Continuing her inspiring work to becoming a leading voice and driving positive change in the sector, Sarah Sabater, our award-winning CEO, has been named a finalist in the prestigious NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2025. The NatWest EWiF Awards celebrate and honour the outstanding achievements of women in the UK franchising sector.
This year, Sarah has been nominated in the highly prestigious ‘Woman Franchisor’ and ‘Inspirational Woman in Franchising of the Year’ categories, which recognise the most successful female franchisors of 2024. These awards honour exceptional leadership, significant contributions to franchise networks, and a broader influence on the industry. They celebrate women who have demonstrated outstanding achievements, inspired others through their passion for franchising, and made a lasting impact on the franchising community. This nomination highlights her exceptional contributions, innovative approach, and dedication to fostering growth and success within the franchising community.
Inspiring Leadership, Driven by Passion
As Founder and CEO of CareYourWay, here are just some of Sarah’s accolades to mention, highlighting her impact and dedication to the sector, where she has been instrumental in driving the company’s success through visionary leadership and forward-thinking strategies.
Alongside her family and an exceptional franchise leadership team, Sarah has been at the forefront of expanding CareYourWay’s home care model – built from a CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ standard over a period of 18 years. With a mission to empower passionate and like-minded individuals to make a real difference in their communities, she has created an unrivalled support network, ensuring the highest-quality, fully compliant care is delivered, all while upholding the brand’s core values of excellence and compassion.
Shaping the Future
Since launching the franchise in 2021, Sarah has helped establish 14 offices, each transforming lives through outstanding-quality care – one home, one family, and one person at a time. Her proactive approach to franchising has also led to her recognition as an ambassador for both the West Country Women organisation and EWiF itself, further solidifying her influence in the sector. Beyond this, she holds esteemed positions such as sitting on the Care Innovation Summit Advisory Board and chairing a panel of industry experts at the upcoming Care Roadshow in Liverpool, in May. Most recently, she was invited to speak on a guest panel at the 2025 Leading Women in Care Awards, where she shared her insights on leadership, innovation, and the future of care.
With over 35 years of experience in health and social care, Sarah continues to lead with heart, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, shaping the future of both care and franchising alike.
