Radfield Home Care expands its network in Barnet & Finchley
Radfield Home Care has recently welcomed another new franchise partner into its ever-growing network, launching in Radfield’s Barnet & Finchley territory.
Stepping into the role of business owner and director is Po Wun Wan.
Prior to launching Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley, Po spent many years working in the travel industry. During this time she gained a strong understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service.
Care has always played a significant part in Po’s life. Two of Po’s siblings are neurodivergent and Care Professionals played an integral role in supporting Po’s family when she was growing up. Po’s very personal connection to care has given her a true appreciation of the difference that quality home care can make. An inspirationally driven person, Po wants to build a business that provides consistently outstanding care to older people in the Barnet & Finchley area. She said:
“I want to make sure I can provide a team to deliver the very best and strive to exceed expectations with each client. I would love to touch the lives of our clients in a really special way.”
Po’s career background has mainly been in people management and she especially enjoys working directly with staff and clients. It’s Po’s mission to create meaningful jobs for people in and around the Barnet area. She wants to build a team of supportive, valued and passionate Care Professionals to provide the best possible care to older people.
Speaking about her personal approach to business, Po said:
“I make sure I treat each client as an individual and create a positive experience for each person and make sure my team feels valued and appreciated.”
Po loves working with people from all walks of life, and has a passion for building an inclusive environment for everyone. She worked in Geneva for six years and spent time with people from many different backgrounds and cultures. Radfield Home Care was founded on the principle that supporting their care teams with welcoming and inclusive working environments is the only way to provide quality care; as exceptional care can only come from exceptional people. Po’s inclusive approach will bring a lot of value to Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley. She said:
“The Radfield Home Care family values align with my own and I want my team and clients to both feel like they are a part of this family too.”
Radfield’s franchisor and founder, Dr Hannah MacKechnie said:
“We are delighted to welcome Po into the Radfield network. Her experience in people management and customer service puts her in a fantastic position to overcome some of the challenges facing the care industry and establish an exceptional home care business in the Barnet & Finchley area.”
Po and her team will be delivering high quality care services to older people within the Barnet & Finchley areas. With an ageing population, and the majority of home care clients being over the age of 65, Radfield Home Care’s business model specialises in servicing the growing demand of care needs for older people within the private marketplace.
