‘Key Player of the Year’ contributes to Home Instead’s growth
Chloe Hayes, Operations Manager at local home care company, Home Instead Guildford and Woking and Home Instead Godalming, has been announced as ‘Key Player of the Year 2023’ due to her ongoing dedication and commitment to the business.
Chloe’s journey with Home Instead began in February 2019, when she joined as a Care Coordinator and has since proved herself to be an integral part of the team, progressing to the role of Scheduler and then on to Operations Manager.
When the pandemic hit, Chloe’s determination made her indispensable in ensuring the team could manage not just the existing client base despite the situation but enabled the business to grow in its offering of hours and packages. Enabling the business to offer its first 24/7 client package and facilitating the need for overnight carers, in turn allowing the franchise to increase its offering.
Chloe’s dynamic support and positive motivation is a huge contributing factor to the growth of the franchise helping it to grow from £100k to £225k in two years.
Speaking of the nomination, Chloe commented:
“Juggling my three young children when my husband can often be away with work is sometimes a challenge, so to be supported and recognised in my role in this way is amazing. This support has motivated me to achieve more for myself, my family and make our business the best it can be for those in our care”.
