New Walfinch Hampstead and Camden Franchisee Focuses on Delivering Outstanding Home Care Across Northwest London

With almost two decades experience in the home care industry, having originally started his working life as a frontline carer, Steve Elliott has become the Walfinch franchisee and managing director for the Hampstead and Camden branch.

With an emphasis on providing tailored home-based care for every client, Steve is committed towards achieving an outstanding service. Services provided include elderly care, convalescent care, support with errands or appointments, live-in care and companionship.

Steve explains that his decision to become a Walfinch franchisee was an easy one to make: “I’ve worked in the care sector for almost 20 years, starting as a carer before progressing into various manager positions. I then moved to Walfinch, initially as registered manager for two branches, including the Hampstead and Camden office, so when the opportunity arose to take it over, it felt too good to miss!”

Franchisees gain immediate access to Walfinch’s proven business model, launch plan, optimised operating procedures, systems and quality standards, business guidance from its expert franchisor team, including CEO Amrit Dhaliwal, ongoing training and access to a network of like-minded franchisees. Walfinch has also invested in technology to provide franchisees with a dedicated CRM system and app to help them efficiently roster visits and manage client information.

Continues Steve: “Having been a carer, I know the importance of providing friendly, reliable and personalised care to each and every person we meet. My aim is to create a hyper-local, outstanding service that is known for its truly caring approach. I ultimately want those living locally, who may need homecare of any kind, to think of Walfinch. With the established systems, processes and support from the franchisor, I feel I can completely focus on achieving this aim.”

Amrit Dhaliwal, CEO of Walfinch added: “The demand for home-based care continues to grow and franchisees have a fantastic opportunity to establish a successful business, which also allows them to give back to their local community with access to such a valuable service. I would like to extend a warm welcome to Steve and look forward to working with him to expand the reach of the branch across Hampstead, Belsize Park, Camden, Willesden and the wider NW postcode area.”

Steve is currently recruiting for additional carers to join his team – offering flexible hours to suit. For more information regarding current vacancies, or to find out about the range of care services available from Walfinch Hampstead & Camden request information on their profile.
