Puddle Ducks celebrate at their annual conference

Puddle Ducks recently hosted its annual franchise conference at the stunning Cranage Hall, in Cheshire. The event was a huge success, bringing together Puddle Ducks franchisees from across the UK to share best practice, find out about new initiatives, learn, celebrate achievements and look forward to new opportunities.

Puddle Ducks teach children, from birth to 10 years, to swim independently and to love and respect the water. They teach essential life skills and water safety to over 25,000 babies, toddlers, pre-school and primary school children, every week.

The conference is always a much-anticipated date in the diary, where franchisees hear from a number of different speakers including this year, a panel of Puddle Ducks experts and owners who discussed the benefits and logistics of building and managing their own swimming pools. After lunch there was much fun to be had with some fantastic team building sessions and some very competitive teams!

Jo Stone, co-founder of Puddle Ducks commented: “Every year is another fantastic journey for us, and the Puddle Ducks annual conference is one of a number of events we hold which gives us a fabulous opportunity to get together with our exceptional teams. The conference enables us to share experiences, learn from one another, and come away feeling totally inspired.”

The awards are always special and recognise of the contribution and achievements across the network. Puddle Ducks celebrated an impressive array of owners who have been operating for 5, 10 and 15 years. The ‘Award for Excellence’, was awarded to Rebecca Lomax, showcasing her exceptional growth over the past year.

The prestigious ‘Franchisee of the Year’ award was presented to Ellie Cawdell, owner at Puddle Ducks York, Hull and East Yorkshire, who has achieved so much, her dedication to her team and to brand Puddle Ducks has been exemplary, so much so that she has recently bought another territory, Cambridge.

Puddle Ducks’ annual conference showcases the brand’s dedication to growth and excellence within its franchise network. As Puddle Ducks continues to make a significant splash in the aquatic education sector, their commitment to nurturing their franchisees and fostering collaboration and community shines brightly.
