Betterclean in-territory franchisee support visits

When you embark upon a new franchise business, you need to know the management team behind you are just that – fully behind you. Because sadly with some opportunities, once you’ve made your initial investment this isn’t always the case!

Dan - Betterclean

Betterclean Services are different. Our bfa accreditation demonstrates our network is built upon strong best practice foundations. But more than this – our flexible, personalised support system is exactly that; a support system that fits your individual requirements as you progress in building your own Betterclean business. This desire to provide customised on-going support comes right from the top, with our founder, Dan van Kuyk, committed to supporting all new and existing franchise owners.

Dan says: “In-territory visits are an essential part of this process, allowing Betterclean to provide bespoke assistance to franchisees, each of whom is at different stages of their individual journey with their business.” That’s why Dan and his team regularly tour the country, visiting members of our franchise network in Scotland, Wales, Northern and Southern England – sharing their knowledge and expertise in areas such as HR, payroll, operations, sales and marketing.

“The experience of holding these meetings is generally always very positive for both franchisees and management, as we cover all aspects of planning and growing a thriving Betterclean operation.”

The valuable feedback from these trips has also helped us further refine our support systems – as different franchise owners often highlight differing planning and resource requirements that reflect their individual growth stages.

For example, one in-territory visit found franchise owners looking for guidance on building their management team, defining job roles and co-ordinating staff. While other support events saw a need for more training on the implementation of local marketing that would fit with the franchise owners’ individual resources.

At every stage of this process, the Betterclean management team is able to draw upon the experience of existing successful franchise owners – including Dan and the team who established the original core business – to zero in on the precise support requirements of all our members.

That’s what a real support system looks like in a truly professional franchise network, which is why the Betterclean Services franchise is fast becoming the commercial cleaning opportunity of choice for discerning entrepreneurs.
